About me

Making a positive difference in people's lives has always been at the heart of who I am. From a young age, I felt drawn to helping others, a pull that guided me into a career in nursing and, eventually, into coaching. Both paths have allowed me to support people through moments of vulnerability, growth, and transformation—something I consider a privilege every single day.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work with exceptional coaches who helped me navigate challenges, build confidence, and find clarity when I needed it most. Their influence didn’t just shape my journey; it inspired me to become a coach myself, offering the same support, encouragement, and belief in others that made such a difference to me.

My work is grounded in the values that matter deeply to me: compassion, fairness, growth, respect, and collaboration. These values guide how I show up, how I listen, how I challenge, and how I partner with my clients. I believe coaching is not about giving answers—it’s about creating a space where people feel safe enough to explore, brave enough to stretch, and supported enough to thrive.

Beyond my professional life, I am a wife, a mum, a dog owner, and a loyal friend. These roles shape me just as much as my career does. They remind me daily of the importance of connection, patience, humour, and resilience. I bring all of these experiences into my coaching practice, giving me a deeper understanding of the complexities, pressures, and joys that make us who we are.

I am passionate about helping people recognise their strengths, trust their voice, and step into the version of themselves they want to become. Whether someone is seeking clarity, confidence, or simply a space to pause and reflect, my aim is to walk alongside them with empathy, curiosity, and unwavering support.
